What is Pediatrics?

Pediatrics is the branch of medicine dealing with the health and medical care of infants, children, and adolescents from birth up to the age of 18. River Oaks Primary Care serves the community with quality pediatric care programs for our young patients from newborns to 18 years old. With each year in service, we want to become a health center that earns the trust and confidence of countless parents who have turned to us for the health management of their children.

What Conditions does a Pediatrician treat?

From vaccinations to flu shots to sick visits, our team at River Oaks Primary Care is ready to attend to your child’s needs. We always found honor in helping children cope with the many health challenges they face in today’s environment through well child checks, vaccination/immunizations, preventive care measures and other primary health care services. Our doctors are able to treat common ailments as well as infectious diseases, recurrent infections, viral infections, bacterial, fungal or parasitic infections, primary immune deficiencies and even cases involving HIV.

River Oaks Primary Care’s entire medical staff are Board Certified. We invite you to visit our clinic and meet us in person. We look forward to helping you maintain your child’s best health!
